150g of Quinoa
1 Red pepper
½ White onion
½ Cucumber
10 cl of olive oil
Salt and peper
2 drops of Mint flavouring
2 drops of Lime flavouring
1 drop of citrus flavouring

In a saucepan boil a litre of water. When the water comes to a boil, pour in the quinoa and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Then pour it into a colander and cool it with cold water. Let the quinoa drain for about 10 minutes and pour it into a bowl.
Trim the red pepper, cucumber and white onion finely and add it to the quinoa.
Pour 2 drops of Mint flavor, 2 drops of Lime flavor and 1 drop of Citrus flavor.
Add the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix.

Place in the refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
