
400g of shrimps (raw or cooked)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cm of fresh ginger
2 limes
1 teaspoon Nuoc Màm sauce
Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce
Dill
6 drops of Pineapple flavouring

Prepare a vinaigrette with oil, Nuöc Màm, grated ginger and lemon juice and pineapple flavouring.
Gently flatten the ½ shrimp before lining them up on a shallow plate and covering them with a little of the vinaigrette, leave to marinate for 20 min.
Sprinkle with dill or chervil and accompany with a small ramekin of Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce or eat them plain.
