The Tonka bean takes us to South America. Spicy, slightly smoky, its particular taste reminiscent of vanilla and caramel is perfect with desserts, especially creams, chocolate or vanilla, and why not to flavour a farmhouse cottage cheese or homemade yoghurts.

But, more unexpectedly, the Natural Tonka bean Flavouring can be used to flavour and enhance seafood products, such as shrimps, langoustines, scallops and also in soups and soups. A bewitching and surprising perfume.

SUGGESTION OF USE : from 1 drop per plate to two to three tablespoons of Natural Food Flavouring per litre of preparation. These very small quantities are enough to restore the true taste of the fresh product!
