Amaretto and Cherry flavoured yoghurt

  • 1 sachet of lactic ferment
  • 1L UHT milk at room temperature
  • 5 tbsp. whole milk powder
  • 6 drops of cherry flavouring
  • 1 tbsp. Amaretto flavouring


  1. Whisk together the milk and the sachet of lactic ferment in a large bowl.
  2. Add the drops of natural flavouring.
  3. Divide the mixture between 7 to 8 glass yoghurt pots that have been sterilised.
  4. Then incubate them in a yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours.
