If however we were in the incapacity to provide one or several articles of your choice, we commit ourselves to let you know it as soon as possible, either by email or by telephone in order to take together the decision which will be appropriate to you best (delayed sending of one or several articles, credit note, refunding or exchange of product of the same value.) As soon as we receive your validated and paid orders, the preparation time is about 1 to 3 days, (except during busy periods), to which is added the time of routing of your parcel.
The collection of parcels by La Poste is done only once a day, from Monday to Friday, all orders placed on the weekend are processed and shipped from Monday.

Your order is taken into account only once validated by our sales department upon receipt of your payment. The effective availability of your product is confirmed by e-mail, at the latest 24 hours after validation of your order.
If your product is "in stock" it means that we will transmit the shipping order to our warehouse the same day (for all orders placed and paid before 3pm). Orders placed and paid after 3pm will be processed the next day. If your product is not available in stock, you will be informed by email of the shipping delay.
Our carriers deliver everywhere in France and in Europe (EEC). By clicking on "Your Account" and then on "My Address Book", you can easily manage up to 5 different delivery addresses. At your convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home, your workplace or a friend's house (gift or vacation).
We work exclusively with the Post Office, whose reputation is no longer to be established. Your package is delivered to the address of your choice. As soon as we proceed with a shipment, you will immediately receive an email to inform you. To reduce as much as possible the transport costs which fall to you, the majority of our products are sent in Colissimo Suivi or Lettre Max suivie. Moreover, this carrier has the advantage of knowing how to deliver perfectly to individuals as well as companies. Concretely, if you are absent the day of the delivery, your factor will leave you a notice of passage in your mailbox for the Colissimo, which will allow you to withdraw your parcel at your post office during 15 days, at your convenience, or he will leave the Lettre Max Suivie in your mailbox. On simple mail of your share, we can obviously communicate you your number of parcel. Know however that on 98 % of the orders sent by Colissimo Suivi or Letter Max, we deplore 2 % of delay of delivery or loss of product.
For shipments by Colissimo, when you notify us, and if the Colissimo investigation actually reveals a delay in delivery (more than 48 hours), we will of course refund your shipping costs.
On the other hand, concerning the loss of a Colissimo parcel, we are unfortunately not responsible for the acts of the Post Office and we will be able to proceed to a new expedition only after the establishment by the Post Office of the official declaration of loss, i.e. after 21 days.
For packages sent by Lettre Max and delivered without signature, we decline all responsibilities in case of loss or non-receipt, and we will not replace the order.
Likewise, in the event of an impromptu strike by postal workers, we decline all responsibility for late delivery.

To track the status of your order online at any time, simply log in to our site and view your order in the list of past orders accessible from your account page. You have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties, except, where appropriate, the cost of return.
When the information provided for in Article L.121-19 has not been provided, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal is extended to three months. However, when the provision of this information occurs within three months from the receipt of the goods, it makes the period of seven days run according to the regulations.
Where the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it shall be extended to the next business day.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you the full amount of the returned goods, and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which this right was exercised.
ATTENTION : only products returned complete, in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. The products must be over-packaged for transport.
