Apple compote with Yellow Peach flavour

  • 20cl water
  • 2kg of apples
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 4 drops of apple flavouring
  • 4 drops of organic yellow peach flavouring


  1. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  2. Pour the apples into a large saucepan and add the water.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and the peach and apple flavourings.
  4. When the apples are melting and mash easily, blend.
  5. Allow the compote to cool slightly and serve warm.
  6. You can also keep it in the refrigerator to serve it cold as a dessert or snack.
