- 100g fresh cream
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 350g full cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. vanilla flavouring
- 1 tbsp. wild strawberry flavouring
Preparation:
- Whisk the cottage cheese and double cream together for 3 to 4 minutes before adding the honey and flavourings.
- Serve the cottage cheese chilled with a small cat's tongue biscuit.
