400g dried chickpeas
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 small bunch of finely chopped parsley
3 cloves of garlic
6 drops of Lime flavouring
1 drop of Sweet Almond flavouring

The day before, soak the chickpeas in plenty of water.
The next day, rinse, drain, and mix in the blender bowl with the onion, garlic, flour, salt, drops of lime and sweet almond flavors and spices. Blend, stirring regularly, until you obtain a consistency close to semolina. Stir in the parsley, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to th. 6 /180° and oil a rimmed baking tray.
Form slightly flattened balls the size of walnuts and place them on the plate.
Drizzle with a drizzle of oil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the falafels are golden brown.
