Hot chocolate with Vanilla and Cinnamon flavours

  • 30cl of milk
  • 20g brown sugar
  • 35cl of liquid cream
  • 26 drops of Vanilla flavouring
  • 13 drops of cinnamon flavouring
  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), finely grated

Preparation:

  1. Pour the milk, sugar and flavourings into a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture over high heat until the milk is simmering, then add the crème fraîche.
  3. Whisk for about two minutes.
  4. Add the finely grated chocolate and whisk again for four minutes to prevent the mixture from boiling.
  5. Remove from the heat and continue to whisk until the hot chocolate is smooth.
