Niçoise Dressing with Lemon Flavour

  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp. coffee cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Nice olive oil
  • 6 drops of organic lemon flavouring
  • 10 drops of Basil flavouring


  1. Simply combine the olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk with a fork or small whisk.
  3. Add the Lemon and Basil flavourings and whisk again.
  4. Your vinaigrette is ready! It goes wonderfully well with a pan bagnat or a Niçoise salad!
