Strawberry candy with Vanilla and Strawberry flavours

  • 15 strawberries
  • 25g butter
  • 200g pastry chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry flavouring
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla flavouring


  1. Melt butter and chocolate in pieces in a double boiler.
  2. Slowly stir in the butter and chocolate until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the strawberry and vanilla flavourings.
  4. Then dip the strawberries into the hot chocolate, taking care not to burn them.
  5. Place the strawberries on a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. Set aside in the freezer for at least two hours.
