- 2 avocados
- 2 bananas
- 600 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. natural banana flavouring
- 1 tsp. natural mango flavouring
- Blend avocado, bananas, peanut butter, milk and chia seeds.
- Add the natural flavours Mango and Banana.
- Set aside in the refrigerator until the milkshake is well chilled before serving.
