Yoghurt Verrine with Vanilla flavoured whipped cream and Raspberry meringue

  • 4 meringues
  • 4 stirred yoghurts
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 punnet of raspberries
  • 50cl double cream
  • 3 tbsp. caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry flavouring
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla flavouring
Preparation time:
  1. Before starting to make the whipped cream, place all the ingredients, including the vanilla flavouring and the utensils used, in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that they are cold.
  2. Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk until it rises. Then slowly fold in the sugars, spoon by spoon, and the vanilla flavouring.
  3. Set aside in the fridge.
  4. Coarsely grind the meringues while incorporating the Raspberry flavouring.
  5. Place a layer of meringue in a verrine, followed by a layer of yoghurt, a layer of meringue and finally a layer of chantilly and some strawberries and raspberries.
