The elderflower flavouring, a subtle, subtle and perfumed aroma.

Elderflowers are mainly used in cooking to flavour, ice creams, creams, make homemade syrup, lemonades, herbal teas.

Our natural Elderflower flavour replaces the fresh flowers needed in large numbers to extract the flavour.

To be used without moderation in a spilled cream, shortbread, custard for eggs in the snow, also on a cottage cheese in dishes, yoghurts, but also in confectionery: caramel and cooked sugars.

And why not to subtly flavour a kefir of lemon or ginger.

An idea: flavour also according to your taste the Beers, Mixed Beers, Ciders, Champagne... (Non-alcoholic flavour, suitable for non-alcoholic beers) or make a homemade soda by flavouring it with sparkling water (bottled or homemade).

This flavouring should be stored in the refrigerator upon receipt of the order, even if it has not been opened.
