Honey lollipop with elderflower and wild strawberry flavours

  • 150g water
  • 150g acacia honey
  • 240g cane sugar powder
  • 2 teaspoons wild strawberry flavouring
  • 1 tsp. elderflower flavouring


  1. Place the mould on the perforated plate.
  2. In a saucepan, pour the water and add the sugar and honey, and the wild strawberry and elderflower flavourings.
  3. Bring to the boil, stirring until it reaches 150°C/155°C. Remove from heat.
  4. Quickly fill the moulds halfway up and place the stick.
  5. Leave to harden and then remove from the mould.
