Homemade flavoured butter

  • 1 Litre of sterilised liquid cream
  • 8 to 10 drops of the flavouring of your choice
  • 15 g salt flowers (optional) to make a salted butter


  1. Put the litre of liquid cream in an electric mixer and add the drops of flavouring you have chosen.
  2. Let it run until the butter appears.
  3. Let it run for another 5 minutes, remove the butter from the whey.
  4. Mould the butter and put it in the fridge.
