Raita with yellow peach and mint flavours

  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 3 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 plain yoghurts (Greek type)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 drops of yellow peach flavouring
  • 4 drops of mint flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the seeds with a small spoon and cut into small cubes. Leave to drain for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Then, in a bowl, mix the onion, the diced cucumber, the yoghurt, the chilli, the cumin and finally the natural flavourings of Mint and Yellow Peach.
  5. Add salt and pepper and pour in the olive oil.
