Whipped mascarpone mousse with coconut and passion fruit flavours

  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 100g white sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp. organic coconut flavouring
  • 2 tbsp. Passion Fruit flavouring


  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Pour the yolks into a bowl and mix in the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  3. Gradually add the mascarpone and flavourings.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
